PRACTICE BELONGING
EMBODY CREATIVITY,
LIVE CONNECTED.
Tiva offers safe, intentional spaces for women and gender-diverse people connected to womanhood to explore identity,
express creatively, and grow with presence & purpose
while living between cultures.
Through art, reflection, and connection,
we turn the in-between into a place of belonging.

ADAPTATION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BELONGING.
In a world that often demands adaptation, Tiva creates a rare environment where difference, creativity, and selfhood are honored as essential parts of assimilating new cultures while remaining rooted in one’s essence.
It’s not only a place to feel seen — it’s a space to integrate multiple cultures, to weave together the many versions of oneself, and to discover a more authentic way of being.
By supporting women to reconnect with themselves, Tiva nurtures social cohesion, humanity, and purpose.

WHAT TIVA HOLDS FOR YOU
A space where the multiple versions of yourself is not a problem to solve but a richness to inhabit.
You come as you are, and that is enough.
WHERE BELONGING
BEGINS

SOMATIC WORKSHOPS
Body & Presence Practices
Movement and mindfulness sessions designed to help you reconnect with yourself across cultural transitions. Tools you can carry with you, wherever you go next.

NEEDS MAPPING
Guided Self-Discovery Sessions
A personal check-in to help you name where you are, what you're carrying, and what kind of support will actually move you forward. Because clarity is the first step.
CREATIVE CIRCLES
Creative Expression Sessions
Guided group sessions where you explore identity and self-expression through art, writing, and creative practice — no experience needed, just presence.
PEER CIRCLES
Community Support Gatherings
Intimate, honest conversations with women navigating similar journeys. A space to share, be heard, and build the kind of community that feels real — not performative.

What happens when someone realizes they no longer fully fit the identity they left behind — but don’t yet know how to live coherently as the person they became?
Tiva emerged from lived experience, community listening, research, and collective reflection around the invisible psychological and cultural realities of living between cultures.
Our work is grounded in anthropology, psychology, embodied practice, and artistic exploration.
Not as escape.
But as ways of understanding and integrating complexity.
